We understand that plans change. This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling and refunds work for coaching sessions and programmes.

We understand that plans change. This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling and refunds work for coaching sessions and programmes.

1. One-to-one sessions

  • 48 hours or more: one free reschedule or a full refund.
  • 24 to 48 hours: one reschedule or a 50% refund.
  • Less than 24 hours or a no-show: the fee is non-refundable.

2. If we cancel

If Sneha must cancel and no suitable alternative can be agreed, you may choose a full refund for that session.

3. Requesting a refund

Email hello@serenitybysneha.com with your name, service, scheduled date and payment ID. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
